Fun is the "F" word and should be available in every team building event. People will engage because everyone loves having fun. The best thing also is next time you mention you have planned another team building event you have won them already, they may actually look forward to it.Fun is the enjoyment of current past or future activities. When a delegate is challenged to think consciously, learn something new and overcome a hurdle, they are more likely to enjoy a new experience and view it as fun. Changing a routine can stimulate fun very easily, try this in the office. Swap desks for the day, bring in fit balls as chairs for an hour everyday, but keep the staff guessing when you are going to bring them in... Simple, but adding some fun makes all the difference.
